Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Sunbeam, 91640, 99 Minute, 59 Second Digital Count up/Count Down Timer, White/Grey

Customer Review: good timer
Summary: 4 Stars

The sunbeam timer is a reliable timer. I bought about two dozen and they've worked well. The only criticism is that they only go up to 99 minutes 59 seconds...if you have to time something longer you're going to have to reinput the time into the timer.

Customer Review: Easy and practical
Summary: 4 Stars

I bought this for my daughter as a timer to manage her piano practice. It's very easy to use, with big letters and loud beeps. Only problem is the support leg can not adjust its angle when this timer is on standing postition.

Customer Review: Minute Timer
Summary: 4 Stars

Great minute timer. Counts down and up and is very useful for cooking, timing exercise routines, etc. I recommend this product a a reliable minute timer. I have several and only have had a problem with one disfunctioning.

Customer Review: Nice and inexpensive but...
Summary: 4 Stars

I bought 2 of these from Walmart and they were perfect. But the one I bought from Amazon had defective screen (hard to read) but I didn't returned it.

Customer Review: Decent for the price - some annoyances
Summary: 3 Stars

The timer is easy to use, once you get the hang of setting the time (if you only want seconds, you need to input 00 first to get past the minutes). The alarm is loud and fairly piercing, so it won't be ignored even if you're a couple of rooms away. Two things I wish were better on it - a more powerful magnet so it didn't move so easy on the the metal, and a change to the "stand" mechanism built into the clip. It falls into place every time you remove the timer from whatever the magnet is holding on to, and then you've got to put it back before using the magnet again.
