Well. What can I say. It is a pocket thermometer and it does read the temperature that you need to check pretty quick. If you want to check the air coming out of your air conditioning vent in your home or car, this one does the job just fine. I got this thermometer in order to be able to determine with restaurant-like precision, the exact moment in which my roasts are ready to be taken out of the oven.
Title says all. Cheap in price, quality product made with durable materials, amazon prime eligible. What else could one ask for?.

What a help this little gem is. I have been making yogurt for years- just winging the temps by touch. This thermometer is very easy and gives an immediate read out. I have been cooking in resturants for many years and I never went a night without this thermometer.
Its quick, accurate, and cheap. If it does go out of whack, just put it in a glass of ice set it for 32d.
Get it you'll love it!!

this thermometer has been in the kitchen for years as my bread making tool. it is quick and easy to use to check the water/milk temp for making yeast breads, rolls, buns. it cleans up quick and easy, Mine has lasted for many many years.
