Summary: 1 Stars
Slow to register temperature, probe is too big and has difficulty entering the meat. Too heavy to stand up on its own on the grill. A disappointment. I would have returned it save for the hassle and the low cost. An earlier version (digital) died after a brief life. Avoid this company's products in my humble opinion.Eric

This durable professional-grade thermometer takes the guesswork out of cooking meats and poultry. Its easy-to-read 2-3/4-inch dial precisely measures temperatures from 120 to 200 degrees F. A guide on the dial's face shows proper meat and poultry temperatures, from rare beef to well-done turkey, and a red arrow on the rim can be moved to a desired temperature as a reminder.
